Financial Awareness: one day version
This programme would typically be aimed at graduate to middle manager level with little or no prior experience of finance. The main objective would be to get the participants to a point by the end of the day whereby they could be given a set of accounts and be able to make some basic judgements about the business. The programme would be a mix of lecture and immediate practice using case studies, undertaken in small groups.
The day would typically cover: Introduction to the three main statements;
Financial structure of varying types of business;
Basic key performance indicators
