Financial Coaching

For those who need more focused training and coaching on finance matters, this programme is designed to be delivered on a one-to-one, or small group basis. The objective of the programme is to explain the key financial concepts which apply specifically to the director's business. Theory is kept to a minimum and time is spent exploring the company's finances , reports, budgets etc.
As a consequence of the above objective, this programme is highly tailored. The design would be made in conjunction with the participant and the client's training and development department. Note that Aqhuman does not charge for course development.
Due to the intensive nature of these sessions, they would be kept short, with none running more than a half day. The sessions would be separated by a suitable period, weekly, monthly, and so forth, but supplemented by internet conference hosting software to run distance sessions. Due to the contraints about running short sessions this programme is not available throughout the entire UK. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
The sessions are run by our principal, Kevin Amor. A PWC trained Chartered Accountant, he has over fifteen years of commercial financial experience. Over ten years ago he started a career in financial training and has over the years run programmes for many blue chip organisations, including:
Journalists at both the Financial Times and the BBC
Managers of all levels at Unilever, British Airways, Shell and other key international companies
As well as running highly regarded in-house management programmes, Kevin is also a tutor on the Open University Business School MBA degree, specialising in Financial Strategy.
Kevin has also written a book Uncovering Creative Accounting, as part of the FT Management Briefing series. To ensure that he keeps up to date with technical and commercial developments, Kevin is the part time Investment Strategy Manager for a UK-based property investment and fund management company.
