An intensive programme, that could be delivered in modular form, for senior managers and directors with little or no financial knowledge. The programme would be delivered as a mix of lectures and fully supported case studies worked by the participants in small groups
This type of programme might be structured -
Day one - Introduction to financial statements, structure of various businesses, introduction to analysing accounts
Day two - Continuation of analysing accounts, strategic cost management, making investment decisions
Day three (half-day) - Pricing policies, introduction to value based management
