We are very excited at being able to present our latest training tool, a computerised business simulation. Named The Board Game participants form a board to run a business based in the toy and game industry.
The simulation gives participants a stimulating and competitive way of learning and putting into practice financial concepts, from basic to advanced. What makes our simulation different?
Unlike other simulations we have deliberately designed the Board Game to be highly flexible. Depending on the course objectives and the ability of the participants the facilitator can decide on which learning modules the game plays. This flexibility is available during game-play so the facilitator can instantly respond to the groups' needs.
This flexibility means that the Board Game is suitable for groups of all levels, those with no prior financial knowledge to advanced management sessions. What can be learnt using this approach?
